Press the ON/OFF Switch. After you turn it on Optima Pro will start heating up slowly (no need to wait), place the probe (metal head) on your skin, the LED light will then be automatically activate.

Place the TREATMENT PROBE on the area that you want to treat first. Apply light pressure while slowly moving the APPLICATOR in small circular motions. Treat each area for 3-5 minutes - Face, Forehead and Eyes.
